BOOMERANG TOWNHOUSES, KINGSCLIFF

Coaker’s Building Service executed this build of these innovative designs by Create Architecture and WCS Developments in 2019.  The footprint is the average for Kingscliff but there is no compromise on space.  The two detached townhouses are three storey, with the entire second floor being living and Kitchen with the option for flow through entertaining out to the deck.  The deck also connects a server through to the kitchen.  Natural light fills the entire home with a light well created through the staircase void using coreboard.  The homes are complete with ducted air conditioning throughout and luxury matt black fixtures, fittings and statement pendants filling the stairwell.  The main bath homes a gorgeous monochrome stand alone bath, one of our favourite finishing features of the homes.
