GREENE RESIDENCE, KINGSCLIFF

This 2 storey 1970’s brick home was renovated by our team in 2019. Buro Two Architecture designed the addition of the third storey in Colorbond longline 305 Matt Finish with aluminium hoods framing the streetscape windows for sun protection and privacy. The back of the property overlooks Cudgen Creek and South Beach, Kingscliff so two large decks on the second and third floor were designed to optimise the living space and take in the landscape. 9m long recycled pier timbers, originally from Hamilton Pier, QLD were used to create a feature finish holding up 3 storeys of decks continuously. Blackbutt engineered flooring throughout , The matt finish 2 pac cabinetry in the kitchen is complete with handcrafted silky oak bench tops sourced from the owners farm in Kyogle, NSW.
