MINIMALIST PRECISION, CLEAN LINES WITH WARM EARTHY TONES. This home has a Scandinavian gable lined with three colours of Knotwood Australia. The feature brick contrasts beautifully with the predominantly white facade consisting of a mix of James Hardie Linea cladding. This 314m2, 4 bedroom home on Drift Court Kingscliff was full of challenges that were worked through by the team to ensure the final product met the clients expectations. 

The Coakers Building Service team were asked to take on this project when it was half complete due to an unfortunate circumstance. The team was able to pick up from where the other builder left and deliver a high quality home for the client overcoming challenges that many thought (and let us know) were impossible to overcome.    This is another example how the Coakers Building Service team work with our clients to overcome all different types of challenges ensuring the clients expectations are achieved.
