The renovation on this originally 1980’s brick home was transformed into a bohemian beach family abode by our team in 2019.. The home, only a short walk from Cabarita Beach was a pleasure to renovate with dream clients having a growing family who wanted to update their home to a more modern, open concept living,. The Kitchen features white caeserstone bench tops, high end appliances, walk in pantry and wicker pendant shades, A low-lying window frames the external garden while doubling as a stove splash back. This also provides additional natural light to the space. The bi-folding doors open up to an entertaining deck and full size family pool with glass panel fencing. With a young one coming along, a secure yard and privacy was a must for the client, so Coakers Building Service completed a six foot rendered block fence around the facade of the property with a hardwood panel gate and covered path. The main bathroom has ample space and houses a huge freestanding stone tub, dual shower with nib wall and glass panel, dual basins and matt white floor to ceiling tiles and polished concrete look floor tiles.
